“When we met Shanna she was so warm and welcoming, we instantly felt at ease. My daughter was shy at first but she was so happy after and wanted to come back each week. She's now turning 7 and the confidence she has is beautiful to see. Every year we have seen the progression in her dancing. We have Shanna to thank for this. Every child gets a chance to shine. I can't recommend Shanna enough.”
“Walking into an adult ballet class with no experience was daunting, but I absolutely love it! The class is incredibly friendly and supportive. Thanks to Shanna’s excellent tuition, I’ve really grown as a dancer. It’s brilliant exercise and perfect for strengthening your core and improving posture! ”
“My daughter loves her ballet classes with Shanna. Couldn't recommend enough. Thanks for the excellent work with the kids”
Our school
Whether your child is taking their very first steps or you are an adult finally trying the class you have always wanted to, you will find a supportive studio and a clear path to progress.
Our school was founded three years ago with the aim of creating a ballet school where children could receive high quality classical ballet training while still enjoying the magic, creativity and fun that make ballet special. Since then our school has grown into a wonderful community with four locations across Dublin and have welcomed many lovely students through our doors, some who have been with us from the very beginning and others who have joined us along the way.
Over the past three years we have celebrated so many special milestones together including our very first school show, two years of ballet examinations, and a variety of camps, ballet parties and special events. Seeing our students grow in confidence, technique and artistry has been one of the most rewarding parts of building our school.

At the age of four, I took my first steps into a ballet class, and I loved it so much that I continued my classical ballet training for the next fourteen years, following the Royal Academy of Dance syllabi. During this time, I completed numerous graded and vocational examinations and took part in many performances.
I went on to complete my Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies with the Royal Academy of Dance and have now been teaching ballet for over six years. Alongside my dance training, I have also worked for many years in childcare, giving me a strong understanding of the importance of adapting learning to suit each individual child. I truly believe that everyone can learn ballet, and that every child deserves the opportunity to develop at their own pace in an environment where they feel comfortable, supported and encouraged.
I am First Aid trained, Garda Vetted and Tusla Child Protection certified.
As a teacher, I am passionate about using ballet to teach children valuable skills that extend far beyond the studio. Discipline, perseverance, focus and commitment are all important parts of a dancer’s journey, but I believe these should be developed alongside confidence, creativity and enjoyment.
Above all, my goal is for every student who walks through our doors to feel confident, excited to dance and to learn.
